We are currently recruiting volunteers for our upcoming March Break & Summer Camps as well as at the Family Speech Clinic.

These positions are suitable for:

  • those considering post-secondary studies in speech pathology, education, or early childhood development;

  • energetic people who enjoy children and relate well to people of all ages; and

  • those who are patient, caring, enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.


What we can do for you:

  • provide opportunities to observe Speech Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants at work;

  • reference letters for admission applications to programs in the field may be completed by Camp Director upon request;

  • provide you with the opportunity to acquire valuable hands on experience while working with children who have a variety of communication and learning needs in a fun, camp setting; and

  • learn how a busy private practice runs.

What you can do for us:

  • work directly with Communicative Disorders Assistants during day camp activities;

  • marketing projects;

  • assist with the development of therapy materials, craft preparation and theme-based activities; and

  • general office assistance.
